What to Expect at an On-Site Exterior Estimate

· New Hampshire exteriors

An estimate visit is a look and a listen — not a hard sell. Here is what we typically do on site and what you leave with.

On site

  • Walk the exterior elevations and roof edge from the ground
  • Attic look when access is safe and you approve
  • Photos of problem areas for the written scope
  • Questions about leaks, age, and timing

After the visit

You get a written scope with options when they fit — not a mystery number. Validity window for material pricing is stated.

No obligation to sign the same day.

How to prepare

  • Clear attic hatch access if possible
  • Note stain locations and storm dates
  • Have HOA rules handy if they apply
  • List questions — we would rather answer them on site
