New Hampshire exteriors
How We Work—Without Surprises
From first call to final walkthrough: listen, write the scope, protect the site, install, walk it together. Line items you can read.
Process Steps
-
Listen & Schedule
Tell us your town and what you’re seeing. We’ll set a clear time for an on-site visit.
-
On-Site Estimate
We measure, check access, and put the plan in writing — what’s included and how long the quote holds. Compare quotes guide.
-
Protect the Site
Lawn paths, tidy staging, and magnet sweeps after roofing. We treat your property carefully.
-
Install
Installers follow the written plan. Weather delays are shared early. Change orders stay in writing.
-
Interior Touch (optional)
If you asked for trim or stain work after the exterior is sound, we finish that next — or introduce a remodel partner for kitchens and baths. Interior options.
-
Walkthrough
We walk the job with you, note any remaining items, and confirm warranty steps before we close out.
Storm Damage & Insurance
We can document damage with clear photos and a written repair plan. What your insurer pays stays with the carrier — we don’t promise claim approval. Storm hub · document · claim guide
Town permits, HOA / historic rules, and lead-safe (RRP) work when a home’s age requires it are written into the scope when they apply. Dumpsters and staging are part of our jobs — not a public rental yard. Contracts stay job-specific paperwork.
