Privacy
How estimate and hiring messages work on this site — simple and local. Effective . Security contact file: security.txt.
What We Collect
When you use an estimate or hiring form, your browser may open a mail message with the fields you typed (name, phone, email, town, and for estimates: service interest and message; for hiring: role, job language, and experience). That message goes to alphaomegaexteriorsnh@gmail.com through your own mail app. This site does not store form submissions on a server.
How We Use It
We use estimate and hiring messages to schedule visits, prepare proposals, or reply about job openings. We do not sell your information.
Calls and Email
If you call (603) 913-9776 or email us directly, we keep the conversation as needed to serve your request.
Analytics & Hosting
This site uses Google Analytics (Google tag G-4NF5EP39HL) to measure visits and page use. Hosting may also log basic request data (such as IP) for security and uptime. We do not sell that information.
Cookies
Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar storage for measurement. We do not set separate advertising cookies from this site. Your browser may also keep ordinary technical data for the visit.
Accessibility
We aim for clear structure, keyboard-usable controls, and readable contrast. Skip links (main content, contextual section targets where helpful, and the call/estimate bar). Home and trade pages include a second contextual skip The call/estimate skip is inserted after those static skips, and focused skips stack vertically. (services, packages, windows, or selective interior). Form error marks with aria-required, field-linked error text, and success announcements are in place. Hiring language selects mark a page-default option with selected. Optional “how did you hear” selects keep a selected empty placeholder (not disabled) so the field can stay blank. Hire and estimate forms group related fields in fieldsets (name/phone, email/town, service, contact timing, referral/interior, and project notes). Copy email/phone buttons announce “Copied” (or failure) through a polite live status region created on page load. Programmatic focus on jump targets shows a visible outline (not only :focus-visible). Deep links to #estimate, #apply, and #aplicar scroll to the form and focus the first real field (honeypot skipped), including after back-forward cache restore. In-page jump links and other section hashes scroll to the target and move keyboard focus there (targets use tabindex="-1"), including after back-forward cache restore. Jump indexes mark the active section with aria-current. Jump index links show a visible focus ring when reached by keyboard. Breadcrumbs, footer, service tiles, and town lists use the same keyboard focus treatment. The jump index itself (#toc) is focusable so hash links land with keyboard focus. Contact pages include a jump to the post-request path (#path / #camino). The ad landing jump index sits above the steps block (not inside it). The home jump index includes Services and Gallery; Servicios (ES) includes Confianza. On FAQ pages, #faq-* opens that answer as an accordion (native name group plus script), updates the jump TOC highlight, and stays shareable when you open an item by hand; #toc jumps to the index. On the process page, #step-* scrolls to that step, focuses its heading, and marks it current with aria-current (including after bfcache restore). On the storm page, #check-* checklist items work the same way. The mobile menu uses Escape to close, updates its open/close label, traps Tab inside the header while open, and keeps main content and the convert bar inert. Services and More flyouts open with Arrow Down/Right and move with Arrow Up/Down, Home, and End. On the sticky call bar, Arrow Left/Right moves between Call and Estimate (or Apply on hiring pages). Home hero uses the header brand mark only (no second oversized logo over the photo). Home headline is sized for the photo-led hero; the photo area clips overflow so the photo stays a single plane. Hero photos load eagerly; other photos load lazily. Print styles hide chrome and submit buttons, open FAQ answers, print GBB table borders, and add a phone/email footer. Higher-contrast mode strengthens borders, skip-link, and invalid-field outlines; reduced-motion removes hover transforms and shortens transitions. If something still blocks you, call (603) 913-9776 or email alphaomegaexteriorsnh@gmail.com.
Form Spam Controls
Estimate and hiring forms include a hidden honeypot field (company_url) that people never see. If a bot fills it, the script shows a success state and does not open mail — so junk never reaches our inbox. Real submissions open your mail app with the message already filled; this site does not store form posts on a server. After a send (or a blocked bot), success regions such as #form-success and #hire-success stay focusable for screen-reader confirmation.
Mailing Lists & Chatbots
This site does not run a newsletter signup or chatbot. Estimate and hiring mail go through your mail app; other questions use phone or email.
