Payment options
Scope First—Payment Path Second
We start with a clear written scope. Financing is optional—a separate talk with a lender when timing or cash flow needs it. No carnival rates or rush approvals on this page.
How We Talk About Money
A roof or siding job is a big purchase. You’ll see what’s included first. Financing, if you want it, is between you and a bank, credit union, or lending partner — they set rates and approvals. More: How we work · roof packages · compare quotes
Four Common Payment Paths
- Home equity / HELOC — often the strongest rate through your own bank.
- Contractor financing partner — ask us which lending partner we use when you’re ready; terms and credit decisions belong to the lender, not us.
- Local bank or credit union — ask about current home-improvement products.
- Utility / NHSaves incentives — windows and efficiency programs. Rebate rules come from the utility, not from us. Related: Windows.
Insurance claims aren’t a financing product — we document damage so you can work with your carrier. See storm & insurance. Certificate of insurance (COI).
