Process
A predictable path from first call to final walkthrough — exterior first, with an optional selective interior step when you ask for it.
-
Listen & schedule
We take the town, the symptom, and photos if you have them. You get a clear window for an on-site visit — not a vague "sometime next week."
-
On-site estimate
We measure, inspect access and staging, and note ice-dam, flashing, or moisture risk. You receive a written scope with inclusions and a quote validity window.
-
Protect the site
Tarps, lawn paths, and tidy staging before demo. Magnets after roof work. We treat the property like we will be invited back.
-
Install
Crews follow the written scope. Change orders stay written. Weather delays are communicated early — New Hampshire does not negotiate. Interior rooms on the work path get protection when openings are involved.
-
Selective interior (optional)
If you opted in, we complete written trim/paint/stain touch after the envelope is sound — or we hand you a remodel partner for kitchens and baths. Exteriors stay the specialty. Details: Interior.
-
Walkthrough
We walk the job with you, note punch items (including any selective interior add-ons), and confirm warranty registration steps before we call the ticket closed.
Insurance & storm work
If you are documenting storm or freeze damage, we can help with clear photos and a written description of needed repairs. We do not guarantee that any carrier will approve or pay a claim. That decision stays with the insurer.
