Interior & light remodel — selective

Exteriors stay the specialty. When the envelope work opens a clean path inside — or a storm leaves stains — we can scope limited interior finish or coordinate trusted remodel partners.

Positioning

Outside first. Inside only when it serves the house.

Alpha Omega Exteriors is still a Southern New Hampshire exterior contractor — roof, siding, windows, gutters. We are not reinventing as a full-service design-build remodeler.

Homeowners often ask what happens after a window swap, a leak, or a storm: trim, paint touch, drywall at a stain, flooring edges. We answer that politely with a written selective scope or a warm handoff to a remodel partner — so the exterior specialty stays sharp.

Often in-house (when scoped)

Envelope-adjacent interior

  • Interior trim / casing touch after window or door replacement
  • Limited drywall / paint at documented water stains once the exterior is sound
  • Attic access patches tied to ventilation or leak investigation
  • Furniture / floor protection planning during exterior installs

Everything is optional and priced in writing — never assumed into a roof or siding bid.

Partner path

Kitchens, baths, and larger remodels

Full kitchen or bath remodels, additions, and whole-home interiors are not our primary product. When that is the right next step, we can introduce remodel partners we trust — same NAP honesty, no fake “we do it all” claims.

  • Clear handoff notes (what AOE finished on the envelope)
  • Shared photo history when permission allows
  • You stay in control of who you hire inside

Start with the exterior — tell us what you need inside

Mention stains, trim, or a future kitchen in the estimate notes. We will keep the envelope primary and the interior ask honest.
