Storm & freeze damage

Nor'easters, wind, ice dams, and residual tropical weather hit Southern NH hard. We help you document the envelope — without carnival "guaranteed payout" claims.

What we do

Assess. Document. Scope. Repair or replace.

After a weather event, start with safety, then photos. We inspect roof covering, flashing, siding, openings, and water paths, then put needed work in a written scope you can share with your adjuster.

  • Photo documentation of visible damage
  • Written repair vs replace recommendations
  • Emergency drying / tarp guidance when appropriate
  • Full exterior packages when the claim scope expands

What we won't say

No claim-pay guarantees

Insurers decide coverage. We do not promise dollar amounts, "we deal with your insurance for free so you pay nothing," or pressure you into signing before you understand the scope.

If a storm chaser underbids and disappears, you still need a local crew accountable in Hillsborough and Rockingham. That's the lane we play.

Homeowner checklist

Before we arrive

  1. Stay safe

Avoid walking damaged roofs. Watch for live wires and unstable limbs.

  2. Shoot the scene

Wide shots of elevations, close-ups of missing shingles, punctures, and interior stains — dated if your phone allows.

  3. Call your carrier

Open a claim if you intend to. Keep the claim number handy for the estimate visit.

  4. Request our visit

Tell us the town, claim status, and what you're seeing. We'll schedule an on-site assessment.
